NO FAKES ITS ILLEGAL

I am sharing this because I have been burned MANY times by sellers at the beginning of my reseller journey. It is with experience, knowledge and research that I am bringing this to you all! I have had many people try to add fake items to my share tray during my Live Shows also. So I wanted to spread the word more about fake items and what can happen to you if you sell them. The Lanham Act, also known as the Trademark Act of 1946, is the primary federal law governing trademarks in the United States. It provides a system for registering and protecting trademarks used in or affecting interstate commerce. Beyond registration, the Lanham Act addresses infringement, dilution, cybersquatting, and various unfair competition claims. When someone sells items that are marked with another businesses trademark, like Chanel, LV, Gucci, etc., they put themselves in the path of a lawsuit. It is essentially stealing from another company. Even if you plan to use the fake item yourself and not sell, you are contributing to the problem by helping the fake seller stay in business. I am sharing this as an awareness, because many people don’t realize they can go to jail for a very long time if they get caught selling fakes.
