NWOT - Blue stretchy top with PARIS written near the pocket

The darker blue photos is actually the color, not sure why some show the shirt so light. This has a super cute ruffle and measures from collar/shoulder to bottom of ruffle is 22in. Material looks denim however it is a stretchy polyester material very soft next to the skin. PARIS is in a very light blue, a ruffle all around the bottom, sleeves can be a cuff or button closed.
