beautiful blue dress nwot. There is no stretch in it. The color is navy blue. It can be worn for any occasion. Item has never been worn, only tried and cleaned, also it was purchased as a floor model so there may or may not be slight imperfections. It’s a zipper and clasp closure. Item May need pressing upon receipt due to storage and shipping. Size is a Large measurements are in photos per website. Waist 18 inches Pit to pit 18- 19 inches, maybe even 20 if you want it tight!
