NWOT Kensie dress/beach cover-up, blue white

NWOT adorable soft Kensie dress/beach cover-up, royal blue, with royal blue & white tie dye bottom. This fabric is so soft & I'm sure this dress/cover-up will be incredibly comfortable, however, it is cut quite small & doesn't fit me. I bought it as a medium but I would definitely characterize it as a small; there is no size tag on the dress/cover up. 38-in. shoulder to bottom of dress, 15-in. armpit to armpit. A great find!
