NWOT never worn little girls gray and white skirt! Perfect condition,size 18m. Great for fall,and perfect for layering over tights when it gets even chillier out! 55% cotton,45%acrylic. Waist laid flat is 9 1/2",and length from center is approx 8". The band does stretch,so I think it could fit a little older than 18m,depending on child's size.
