okmontes @abbondanza My apologies for the late response. I did not see this inquiry until today.. The sleeve length from underarm to end of the sleeve is 18.5". It looks like it might be tricky to alter as it has a ruffle at end. I will add another close up photo of the end of the sleeve to the main description for your reference.
