NWT ASOS pink fit and flair dress- petite

BRAND NEW WITH TAGS ASOS brand light pink fit and flair dress. It has capped sleeves and a v-ed neckline. It measures 22” (28” when stretched a bit) armpit to armpit and is 38” in length. The tags reads that it is a size 12 but judging from its measurements and it’s ability to wretch I’d say that it would fit more like a 14/16. That’s how I will present it in my closet.
