NWT Allison NY Size *Small (XS, XXS) Rust Sweater w/ Tank Dickie

This is a modern twist on the dickie, so I'm winging it here. Maybe a cold-shoulder dickie sweater? The sweater material is woven tightly, feels good. Seam runs down the front, straight hem, and a cream colored tank neck attached. *What I want to say is this is NOT a typical small, it's more like XS or XXS. It has some stretch, like sweaters do, but I don't think anyone who normally wears a small will fit into this, so please see measurements. It's cute and trendy and classy, but make sure it's going to fit before you buy it!
