It still has the pads in the cups, although they are removable. This bra is labeled a size 5, which is apparently is specific to Allwear and converts to a size Large according to the Google search I did. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure it's a good fit for you. They were taken on the front with it laid flat. Note that the fabric is VERY stretchy, so can expand to accommodate larger dimensions than the ones shown below. Also, please note that the last measurement is a Total Length measurement of the body of the bra without the adjustable straps, because how you adjust the straps would affect the measurement.
