NWT Bella Famme Dress /Tunic Top

Beautiful dress, I love the fabric! Very soft and flowy! Perfect summer dress! The dress is new, no flaws or damages. Has the brand/designer tag but no care tags or size. I know its a small, since it fits my mannequin. My best guess would be a sz. 4 to be on the safe side. It does have elastic at the waist so theres a little give.
