@pepper60spark You will need to contact Poshmark. When the price is lowered, to the $14, it automatically reduces the shipping to 4.99. So the mistake is in Poshmarks end. I can't change it. They should fix it for you.

@pepper60spark Well that is incorrect. That response is talking about a regular offer w/discounted shipping. Yesterday was Closet Clearout & when a price is dropped, it automatically gives the buyer discounted shipping. That is different than 'accepting an offer'. That's why I included the screen shot where it showed the lowered price & 4.99 shipping for 6 hrs. I'll escalate the conversation under the sale & take care of it.
