This is a really beautiful brown colored, what they call a flutter skirt but to me, when I have it on it seems a little more like the mermaid cut (could be cause it's too small for me) but either way, I've never been able to wear it due its size. My family likes to do this to me a lot, unfortunately. So...it still has the tags on it and everything! Retails at 80, I figure I'll sell it and buy myself something that will actually fit me at a L😒...😅

danysfx @mbz28 it is elastic and I can get a measurement for you when my friend comes home tonight? I can't really use one of my hands so I wouldn't be able to measure it stretched out. I'll tag you when I can get it tho?

danysfx @mbz28 hello...so I apologize for this 😥 I'm on my way home from the Dr however and I have this skirt and another laying out for me to measure when I get back. I'm gonna see if I can't try to get the stretched one by myself. If I can't, I will be able to give you my best estimate and then if it seems like it is in your range we can get the exact numbers later tonight. He has promised me. danysfx @mbz28 hello! I finally got the measurement...my apologies for taking so long. So, the skirt measures 15" laying flat, stretched out gently it measures 22". I took a measurement of the length just in case I you wanted that as well and it is 38" long.
