There are snaps to keep the outer shell on and a zipper for the inside liner. I’m sorry if I missed any missing sequins, I didn’t see any at all, but this dress is very detailed! Please let me know if you need any measurements! There is a minor dirt spot on the tip of the back hem on the inside (see photo).
