NWT Iris Striped Off The Shoulder Button Down Top Sz M

Brand new with tags -- Disclaimer - this was washed by me with the tags attached as I did not realize it was NWT but the tags are still attached --- Striped cropped button down top. The buttons are for decoration only. Has a tie front at the waist that can be adjusted. Elastic goes around the whole neckline of the top to be worn at the shoulders.
