This is a beautiful skirt. There is a little stretch in the waist band but not the skirt . The color is 4 different blues. It can be worn for any occasion. This has never been worn however it was a floor model so there may or may not be slight imperfections. Item May need pressing upon receipt due to storage and shipping. Skirt is lined. Size is medium and measurements are in photos. I will try my best to post pictures and list all, if any minor defects that I can see so you can judge them for yourself and make your own decision as this item has never been worn but was a floor model.
