jennaki123 @jynx857 I measured it and it is 27” right before the elastic at the bottom and if you add that to the whole length it is 29. The style of the pants let them sit loose right before the elastic at the bottom. You can always cut the elastic and hem them. If I can help more, please let me know. Thank you 💙

kimpenman hi I can't quite make out the fabric tag. what's the fabric content? are they kinda silky and stretchy?

jennaki123 @kimpenman Hi. It says 100% Artificial Cotton, which to my surprise I have not heard of before. No stretch to the fabric just the elastic on waist and bottom. Has pockets if that helps.I took another photo so you can see it up close. It really feels like Viscose to me or kind of linen. I have had another similar pair in the past with different colors and I have washed it with cold water and nothing has happened to it. Let me know if you have more questions. Thank you
