This is a very pretty sleeveless top with a ruffle that runs around the neck and down the front. It is very girly! It has a white background with sage paisley's and flowers. It is lined in sage. It is made of 100% polyester. The manufacturer tag says it is an XL or 12-14 and a 41 inch chest. I measured it and it was 21 inches from pit to pit. It comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home.
