NWT Ruffled Sleeve Swim Cover Maxi - OS

NWT boutique swim cover up. Sheer / gauzy pink/peach swim cover up with V back that ties at the neck and a front tie under the bust to tie as tight or loose as you want. S-XL best. May be too much material for an XS (my opinion). Sleeves are ruffled and tiered. I’m having a tough time listing this one, but I don’t have any vacations planned that I’d wear it. The last photo isn’t the exact one, but gives you the look (it’s just missing the ruffled sleeves)
