NWT: St. John Santana Knit Sleeveless Top

This St. John Santana knit cream-colored sleeveless, slip-on-style blouse/tank is new with tags. One of the tags says that it's made of 80% wool and 20% rayon. The tags look vintage, but I think the blouse itself looks spotless and like it is brand new. One of the tags says "As Is: 25%," which worried me that something might be wrong with it. I asked me husband, who is good at finding all flaws in garments, to look the blouse over with a fine tooth comb. He found absolutely nothing wrong with the blouse. So I don't know why one of the tags says "As Is." Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure that the blouse is a good fit for you. As a knit, it can stretch slightly to accommodate dimensions larger than the one shown below.
