NWT The Pattern Size 3X Flowy Light Blue "Eye" Patterned Blouse

All Eyes are on you with this really cute "eye" patterned blouse by The Pattern. It is new with tags; however, it does have some "bleach" damage to the liner - See the last picture. The damage cannot be seen when wearing. It is on the inside of the blouse. Otherwise, the blouse is in excellent/new condition. Tag size is 3X but it runs small so see pictures for measurements.
