Measurements made across and down - flat - all measurements are approximate, please be sure of size we cannot take returns under arm to under arm 19" across elastic waist 32" hips seam to seam 25" Polyester, rayon, spandex Black and gray. Years ago we had a little shop for reselling liquidated clothes. We are now slowly clearing out that closet - dates of these pieces date from 1990s to 2013.
