NWT black with deep purple summer cotton dress

💢NEWLY REDUCED💢It's black with deep purple, white & grey flower and leaf design. Thick shoulder straps with design in them baby doll top cinched under breast area. Tie as tight or loose as u want in front with thick straps that tie into knot or bow n straps hang. Got on bluefly & never wore.Still has tags. Size 4. Great light weight cute dress. Flows from breast area down,wavy hem line at bottom. Hits above knee. Not short by any means. Very tropical looking dress.no zipper. Light & breezy!
