Navy blue and white striped dress

So cute, fun and different. The zippers do open up on both side so you can see you can wear them zipped or unzipped. Has a scoop hem and comes to the knees (I'm 5'0") It does have belt loops but was not sold with the belt and I had a slim belt the same color. It works but it was a cheap belt I bought to wear one time with some shoes. If purchased, I will ship with belt but not included in the price. Worn once like all my other dresses unless specified otherwise
