Purchased for a wedding in Ireland from Dillard’s for $200+ on sale, had the arms tailored to be more fitting. Size is 22, I wore a size 16 at the time, so the arms pulled in along the the ribbon made it work well for the size difference.
This is full length and very formal.

Do you know if the dress could be let out so it is back to the original size? Also, is it blue or purple?

@my_closet_4_u the color is deep navy and some of the sequins in the skirt have some purple tones. The only part of the dress that was altered are the arm openings...they are 5" across now and there is maybe an inch that could be let out. Fabric is stretchy though.
