tonyawarner4181 @made4mountains Hi the jacket is not water resistance but it is light to midweight. measurements are bust 22" across Sleeve length 34" shoulder to hem. I also just noticed a tiny snag on back right shoulder. No hole. This now noted in the listing. Thanks for looking.
