Brand new, but I couldn't return it. This dress is gorgeous, but the color does not match my skin tone. Perfect Condition! No signs of any wear. Unique style. I think it would look fabulous on someone over 5'5" Lee Mathews sizing is different. It says 0, but it fits like a US small. Relaxed fit. Look at their website for size conversion.
