New VINTAGE Mini Scottie Dog Magnets

So adorable mini magnets in the shape of Scottie dogs. These are still new in the original packaging. To show size, I have placed my thumb over one in the picture. I am not sure if the whole thing is a magnet or just the bottoms or inside but it says magnets on the package.
