The measurement from pit to the bottom of the garment is 14 inches, pit to pit is 19 inches. As for the color it's a slight off-white nearly a true white, as I held it up during daylight. Some off whites can look yellow and this isn't the case on how it looks. I can add a photo of it in daylight, if that'll help ya. 😊
