Flower printed long sleeves romper. The sleeves can be raised, has elastic in them. V cut at neckline. New never worn, but pulled tags off. Bottom has pockets. 91 % polyester and 9% spandex. Great as a cover up piece as well. 17 inches shoulder to shoulder, 18 inches pit to pit. Has elastic and ties at waistline. 15 inches at waist.
