Non Working Vintage 70s Electric Juicer For Display Only

For display use , I can’t get it to turn on , might be a simple fix Super cute on a curated vintage kitchen or dining room display shelf or hutch full of Pyrex, Fiesta, Kitchen Aid , collectors items etc By Proctor Silex Minor signs of age , no real cosmetic issues, just won’t turn on
