22centgirl I've tried on this dress twice-- from one store it had 3 velcro strips in the shirt and a thick extra inner waistband. The other had only one Velcro circle at the top (near collar) and no thick inner waistband. Both authentic NK, but they made a change. Can you tell me which this is like?
