Notations stretchy blousy front top size XL

Notations brand - Flare short sleeves. Stretchy top with extra fullness in the front and a silver decorative piece. Colors are teal/green, black, white and some peach. Great condition. I measure armpit to armpit 22 1/2" and shoulder to hem 26"
