meybaby @citygirlphd225 Im so sorry for cancelling your order. I got home & the package was at my doorstep ripped apart- the label was partly torn & missing & the dress is damaged & ripped... 🙁 If you would like anything else in my closet I'll extend a $40 credit for you to use. I'm so sorry- I've had a crummy month with a personal loss (which is why I was behind in shipping) & now this... I'm sure you are extremely disappointed 🙈 & I am extremely embarrassed & sorry. 🙇🏻‍♀️

meybaby @aschsl23 Then... you can open a case with the post office for the broken mug. I could take pictures of the broken mug (it's actually still wrapped in the bubble wrap). So you can send them the pictures. And, if they ask for the actual item I would ship it to you. I figure pictures would do for now so I/you/we don't spend extra money on shipping at this time.

aschsl23 @meybaby you can still accept the order and make a claim that it broke I did it with a make up pallet I bought that ended up being a fake they gave me credit in return sure sounds fine :)

aschsl23 @meybaby I accepted it first and then filed a claim but I gave her 3 stars rating since she said it was authentic and it ended up not being I told Poshmark about it with pictures proving it was a fake and they gave me credit and told me to throw away the fake
