Off the shoulder smocked cotton Free People top

Such a cute top with the gauze like cotton fabric. Only worn a few times. The bottom waistband little a little bunched up, but it is smooth when wearing (it’s not twisted). It looked that way when it was new too so I guess it is from gathering the fabric. It was not a crop fit on me, but if you tuck the band at the bottom it could be cropped.
