Old Anthro polka dot peplum top with green piping Size: XS

This made in the USA top was purchased from Anthropologie 9 years ago but boy has it held up! I can not believe the quality compared to what Anthro sells today. I wish this top hit me right at my waist but it hits right under my waist so I’m letting it go. It is black with white dots and green piping. The only problem with this top is the tiny dots I circled on the green piping right in front. I never noticed this until I was taking close up photos. I’m wondering if it could be removed. I haven’t even tried. Measurements: Length: 24 1/4 inches Waist: 14 1/4 inches Pit to pit: 15 1/2 inches Questions & offers are welcome 🙏
