Old Navy Nautical Skirt

White skirt with navy blue stitched whales and skull and cross bones. Has very big deep pockets on either side! Has side straps that are button loop and removable. Pleated front, zip up back. Khaki-like feel (97% cotton, 3% spandex) Small stains on back left side (see photo) Also some very slight yellowing along the inner waistband (barely noticeable) stock photos are for reference on how it looks on, size its not my size.
