Oleg Cassini Embellished Black Cocktail Dress

This gorgeous, fully lined, LBD by Oleg Cassinni has an empire waist, gathered across the bust on each side, and the stars and deep V neckline have a cute fuzzy looking trim that is made of soft mesh gathered all together with fringed edges. It has a retro look to it, but I don't know if it is vintage. The dress is also gathered across the front under the bust, which creates a flowy movement when worn. Very beautiful. It would be considered a formal cocktail dress and would fit at any black tie event! Excellent pre-owned condition. I found one teeny tiny pick, but it is barely noticeable. See last pic. Bust is padded. Measurements: Bust 32" circumference. But my mannequin is 33" and I think it could go up to 36" (measured at the fullest point of the breast, not like a bra size) I'm 40" around and it definitely is too small for me. I can get into it but... it doesn't accommodate, lol The waist and hips have lots of room because it is gathered. The lining is 23" across from side to side lying flat. Length from shoulder 38" Straps are not adjustable.
