deb1020 @prolificwriter hello. There are no pockets in the vest just the full zipper to close. The fabric is 76 cotton 24 polyester for the shell. 60 cotton 40 poly for the lining and 100 poly for the filling. I measured 15 inches across the bust but I am a 36 A and I have a decent amount of room. The vest does have some stretch to it. The material has is a subtle velour feel to it. Hope all this helps.
