Oneida cuff bracelet silver tone

Silver tone (probably silver plate? I don't think it's full sterling) repurposed silverware cuff made from Oneida silverware. Has some tarnishing, that can be polished depending on the aesthetic you want. Since it's an open cuff, you can bend it to the size of your wrist as needed.
