Open Drawstring Waist and Bottom Cardigan Cover Up With Ruched Sleeves

Super cute for the summer and spring. Size medium. There is no stretch. Sleeves can be let down and there is a drawstring in waist and at the bottom. One of the drawstring silver stoppers is missing.
