chellyjaeee @cbrow0585 hey! yes, my sister had the same done to her boots and was explaining what the pics are showing lol it was altered inside (the zipper ripping looking pic) right? & the exterior is fine besides where the strap part was lengthened/widened? or am i dumb 🥹 lol
