This is a beautiful Orrefors by Lars Hellsten Crystal Corona Bowl 1970’s Vintage Scandinavian Signed on the bottom. This crystal corona bowl was designed by lars hellsten for the swedish glassworks orrefors in the 1970s. 7.25” x 4.5” Made of high-quality artistic crystal in the shape of a hexagonal crown placed on a round base. There is a small nick in the interior and two super tiny pen mark size nicks in the base. Both are essentially unnoticeable. At a time when the swedish glass industry was structurally, technologically and artistically related. Playing an integral role in this period of creative change, lars brought new design ideas and new techniques to glass manufacturing as well as revitalizing older processes. The artistic vision and technical innovations of lars hellsten have made him one of the modern masters of glass design.
