Oscar De La Renta Vintage 90s Designer Scalloped Cocktail Gown

Fully lined. Size 8. Luscious black velvet with gold embroidery and silk lining. Zip with hook and eye closure. Made in USA with ILGWU label still attached. The straps need sewn back on in the front of the dress - a very minor fix for such a gorgeous piece. I had them safety pinned to photograph and that worked well as a temporary fix. In otherwise condition - no rips, stains, snags, discoloration, or pilling to note. --- Measurements: 16" pit to pit 39" length 15" across waist lying flat 19.5" across hips lying flat.
