PAIGE Light Blue Floral Flutter Dress

Stylish PAIGE dress with floral design. Features ruffled sleeves and a waist tie for flattering fit. Size XS. 10/10 condition, worn once and dry cleaned. One noted “flaw” is that one side of the tag came off. Of course this isn’t a flaw to the garment itself and would not show when worn, but wanted to point out. Please refer to last photo.
