Penguin ornament made of porcelain. Handmade and hand painted. Condition: The penguin ornament is in excellent pre-owned condition. The maker tag yellowed some, but is in tact. There is a tiny black dot on the front, bottom of the ornament, however that is original to the ornament and not a flaw. Measurements: 4” tall x 1-3/4” wide. Made in Shepherdstown, WV.
