Pair Reuven Rueven ? Isra Art Nouveau Bud Vases Frosted Painted Stained 4"

Beautiful pair of art glass bud vases, approximately 4" high each. My research suggests these are Reuven/Rueven or possibly Israeli glass. There is a faint remnant of a stamp or sticker on the bottom but I am unable to identify. No chips or cracks, this is a beautiful pair. Sold as shwon, please see all photos.
