Pair of Vintage Framed Needlepoint 1960’s Chinese Emperor and Empress

I took these pictures outside with my phone so they are not the best. I got these like most of my vintage items at an estate sale. From the back of the frames they look like they may have been professtionally framed, but I cant be sure. The frames have been painted and some of the paint has been scratched off as you should be able to see in the pictures. The frames measure about 14" x 11" with the inside approx 13.5 x 10.5.
