Vintage Sterling Silver Papal Crown Charm. It is embellished with 18 tiny colored jeweled stones in green, blue, and red. Meaures approximately 1 inch tall and has a diameter of .5 inch. After my parents' passing, I found this treasure in their jewelry store. It was tucked away in a showcase, overlooked since the 70s/80s, back when wearing charm bracelets was a big deal.
