This is a ZenCollar, an inflatable pet collar that serves as a comfortable alternative to the traditional cone- shaped e-collar. Benefits: Allows pets to eat, drink, and sleep comfortably. Doesn't block their vision. Machine washable. Lightweight. Worked great for my toy size maltipoo. Super comfortable and did the job. Size XS, see chart in picture.
