Probably a much cheaper alternative to buying both pieces of the set and often a quicker alternative to trying to find both in the same size. The dress was seen on Ellie Kemper. The skirt was seen on the runway. A UK8 is a US4. Laid flat, pit to pit is 15.5", and the waist is 13.5" Dress is pre-owned, so please check photos for condition. No issues as far as I can tell.
